My own moments of crisis were the ultimate classroom. They taught me that true leadership starts not in the boardroom, but in the ability to lead oneself through profound vulnerability. I realized the urgent need for a different kind of support, one that is integrated, holistic, and deeply empathetic.
This conviction fueled the creation of The Blossom Project. My mission is to use my personal history from crippling insecurity to professional clarity as a blueprint. I dedicate myself to helping clients move beyond their own paralysis, identify the root blocks holding them back, and rediscover the confidence necessary to build a life of purpose. I firmly believe that the capacity for empowered leadership and dignity is within everyone, and every life transition is an opportunity for profound bloom.
I am an HR and legal expert leveraging over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, leadership, and family law. Using my Juris Doctorate and a B.A. in Psychology I’m able to offer a unique, integrated strategy that rebuilds client confidence while connecting you to the essential external resources needed for stability.
